Review content:
A few days after buying my used scooter, Scooter-Ria charged a random $1000 on my credit card. Even after talking with ""Scooter Steve"" multiple times and being assured the issue would be taken care of, I wasn't refunded the $1000 credit for 2 months.\r
\r
Additionally, it's now been 3 months since I bought my scooter, and they still don't have my permnent license plate. I call weekly to ask about it, and Scooter Steve says the DMV is still catching up due to Katrina related issues. The guy is simply a liar and will do anything to sell you a cheap, poorly made Chinese scooter.\r
\r
This place is a terrible place to buy a scooter from. I couldn't imagine a worse customer service experience. Simply interacting with this establishment is a highly regrettable mistake.
Pros: cheap
Cons: sleazy salesman, horrible service
