I was skeptical because I thought it would be a mediocre chain-restaurant experience.
I had barbecued baby back ribs--they were absolutely delicious. They're slow cooked, crunchy on the outside and deliciously pink and tender on the inside. Outside had enough sauce for flavor, but was not drowned. I liked having sauce on the side so I could control how much I got.
The coleslaw was great, but it was served in a shot glass and could be eaten in two bites.
The service was fantastic. First thing we received was our own carafe of water...every time that thing hit the table empty BAM! it was taken away and refilled...and this was on a busy Saturday night.
We were seated across from the grills, which is interesting, but noisy.
I really recommend it.
