Mitch is the internet sales manager. Shopped most of the dealers in the Bay Area and he was the most straightforward and easy to deal with. Gave me a great price up-front and kept to his word. The car was ready when I got there and it was perfect! Silver/Black IS250 with navigation. I love it! They even wash my car without an appointment whenever I am in the neighborhood. The general manager id Bill. He came out to thank me also. The people in finance were not pushy or slimy at all! Nice lounge with big screen tv too!Highly reccomend!
