Businiess name:  Tile Outlet & Granite

Review content:
We had a small tiling project and wanted to help the local economy. Tile Outlet told us what we needed with the measurements for this project. At the end of the project, we had quite a bit (1/4 of total supplies) left over. We go to return them and are told that they only give store credits good for 120 days or 6 months - depending on which reciept you are given. They also wanted accolades for waiving the ""fluff"" restocking fee.\r They over sold us product - and now give us a credit to be used in 120 days...how convenient. Every homeowner DOES NOT have future tiling projects lined up.... This company is NOT for the homeowner, it's for the large tiling companies. This does not happen at Home Depot or Lowes.\r Pros: they know what they are doing Cons: YOU PAY FOR IT IN OVER SOLD PRODUCT
