Boricua Cafe is a diamond in the rough. My family in Dallas drive to this small dining establishment just to dine on great authentic food. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food. I wish they would expand into a larger space or possibly seperate themselves from the tax office. There is a ton of potential in this place. I wonder who the chef is, because he's awesome!
Pros: Puerto Rican Cuisine!
