My family and I have used Dr. Nyugen and Dr. Purwal for years. I, at one time had the utmost faith in Dr. Nyugen and loved his nursing staff as they were friendly and very efficient. About a year or so ago a big change took place in the office. I went in for a visit with Dr. Nyugen and all the aides and nurses I knew were GONE and an entire new staff was in place. The new aides and nurses are not friendly, not efficient and at times down right RUDE! Dr. Nyugen is now overbooked and does not have time to listen to your symptoms it seems he brushes patients off on his nursing staff which leaves much to be desired. After 7 plus years we are now looking for a new family physician. It is a shame that doctors do not realize how important their nurses and staff are to the customers and to their practice.
Pros: I know Dr Nyugen is a great doctor
Cons: His staff- just plain rude and have NO BEDSIDE manner!
