Review content:
Complete disappointment. Went in with my son and ordered crab rangoon and noodles with beef. Asked in advance how the crab rangoon was there and was told it was excellent. Also asked in advance if the noodles came with veggies. They did not. Just noodles, gravy and beef. And very little beef. Mostly just noodles and gravy. And not very good noodles and gravy at that. Bland. The crab rangoon was tough and chewy, not crisp. They should call it Krab rangoon as they do NOT use real crab meat. I was so disappointed with the rangoon I returned it, and then spent 5 minutes arguing to get my $4.50 back. For some reason rather than just return my money as I was dissatisfied, they instead argued with me, with the waitress going back and getting the cook to come out and insist it was fresh. Then they admitted it was ""prepared"" several days previous but not heated until when I ordered. Some man was sitting in the back working on paperwork and stared at me the entire time the arguing for my money was going on. I suspect he must have been the owner. He, the waitress and the cook all took bites of the crab rangoon I was returning and said ""it tastes good"" and stuff like that. What a joke. The customer is ALWAYS right, and due to their behaviour, I will NEVER EVER return to this restaurant again. A person shouldn't have to fight to get $4.50 back on lousy food, especially when they have only taken ONE BITE of it. Shame on Quik-Wok and the cook, manager/owner and even the poor waitress caught up in their stupid business practices. I will NEVER enter thier establishment again and will HIGHLY recommend everyone else to avoid them at all cost. Oh, I didn't even mention, the inside of the restaraunt is filthy, torn & tattered carpet, greasy table, trash on floor. Obvious lack of desire to clean. This place is at the bottom of the worst.
Pros: None that I could see
Cons: Extremely rude, poor service. Subpar food. Filthy dining area - I'd hate to see the kitchen.
