Review content:
Overall, we could not have had a more positive experience with Abbott Electric. During a storm, we had a tree fall on our main electric service line in the night. I first called a different company and, after an entire hour of waiting for a call-back, I called Abbott Electric. After I left a message, he called me back immediately. He offered to come out at that time, but was very upfront about regular hours vs after hours pricing and we decided to wait until morning. He came early the next morning exactly when he said he would and got to work.
I am so happy that I called Hank. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked efficiently and answered all the questions I had. I will be calling him for any and all future projects for which I need an electrician. I highly recommend Hank and Abbott Electric. I really appreciate the great customer service experience during a stressful time.
