Salon Sovay is a wonderful experience. The attitude and approach to beauty that Sovay promotes is unique and the best I've seen in any salon. I've had great cuts by Kevin and Violet, and Sovay is absolutely the best colorist I've ever encountered. Any hair care need you have, she and her staff try to meet. I also appreciate the South Austin location -- makes it easy to reach from home or work. The salon itself is clean and relaxed, and the staff seem to really enjoy their work. They book their own appointments, but I have found everyone returns customer calls within the same business day to schedule appointments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Pros: skilled, friendly staff; relaxed atmosphere -- no pressure, just good hair care!
Cons: parking can get a little crowded on busy days, but generally adequate
