Review content:
I used to always go to this restraunt with my boyfriend and for a girl's night out. The service used to be okay and so was the food until recently. I went there today and got by far THE WORST SERVICE I have EVER gotten at ANY restaurant. Our hookah came pretty fast and we waited 15 minutes until someone finally decided to come take our order. I asked for water but did not get it til about 45 minutes later. The falafel was crunching in my mouth and when I asked one of the servers to replace it, he insisted that's how it was served. I've been eating falafel all my life and he's going to come and tell ME how its served?? He touched (and pinched) my falefl and was going to replace it and I also asked for the check. He took my plate and then returned it and said ""i'll get u box to go"" and who ever said I wanted it to go, nontheless it had been touched by him..? The hookah sat there for an hr and no one would come and change the charcoal..I confronted one of the servers and he would just argue with me. However, another server finally gave us better service yet in the end they disappointed us when they added the gratuity..and did I ask them to? WHY WOULD I EVEN WANT TO TIP THEM?? we were only 2 people..WORST WORST WORST experience ever!!!!
