Review content:
Went in to get my car serviced. Assistant technician was friendly and explained what services should be done. The service ended up taking twice as long as it should have due to the fact that there were a few difficult jobs ahead of mine and there was only one head technician. I didn't complain, but he realized I was there for a while. He came over and apologized and explained why it took longer than expected. He was not able to complete one of the services I purchased (due to an issue with removing some of the parts). So, we went back inside and he refunded my payment for that. He could have just told me that he completed that service and let me drive away after having paid for it, but he was honest with me instead. He didn't have to explain the wait, but he did. I appreciate that he was honest and friendly. I also appreciate that he was thorough, even though he was under some stress to hurry up and finish. These attributes are hard to find in this industry; I will definnitely return.
