Went to the Jimmy Johns in Brooklyn Park. I ordered my sandwich but before paying I asked for pickles and was told they would give me a pickle spear. I said no I wanted the pickle on my sandwich so please slice the spear and put it on my sandwich. The girl making my sandwich said no. So I said no too and walked out. I will not spend my money at a place where they don't care about customer satisfaction. At the Jimmy Johns in St Paul, they sliced the pickle up for me. Their sandwiches are a typical sub, no better or worse than anyone else's. At least at the other sub places they seem to care about their customers. I might try another shop but I won't go back to the BP location. Apparently others have already decided this, the place was empty at lunch when I was there.
