GOOD MORNING DAVID. MY NAME IS SERAPIO GARZA AND I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE SPEAKING WITH RICARDO PEREZ AT THE COUNTY WAREHOUSE. I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT THE UPCOMING AUCTION AND WAS DISMAYED WITH MR. PEREZ'S RESPONSE WHEN ASKING ABOUT VIEWING THE AUTOS FOR THE UPCOMING AUCTION. MR. PEREZ INFORMED ME THAT I COULD ONLY VIEW SPECIFIC AUTOS WHICH WOULD HAVE TO BE ANNOUNCED TO HIM AHEAD OF TIME. TO ME AND THOSE CLOSE TO ME THIS IS A WAY TO DISCOURAGE CITIZENS IN THE PURCHASING. THIS TO ME AS A TAXPAYER IN THE COUNTY IS NOT A GOOD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS TO RAISE REVENUE FOR THE COUNTY. I HOPE THAT YOU AS OUR REPRESENTATIVE WILL TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AND SEEK FOR BETTER WAYS FOR OUR COUNTY EMPLOYEES/ORGANIZERS TO DO BUSINESS WHEN IT COMES TO THE COUNTY WE LIVE IN. RESPECTFULLY.
