Review content:
This yoga studio is the place to go for a hard-core work out. The people, both teachers and students, are friendly and not at all intimidating. It seems like everyone there is trying to improve his or her own personal practice so nobody is looking around, comparing themselves to anybody else. \r \r As a beginner, I was a little hesitant to walk in the door, thinking people would know I had never done this before. I felt totally comfortable at this studio the very first time I walked in. As I have continued my practice, I have been blown away by the improvements in my core strength, flexibility, and balance. I highly recommend Sunstone Yoga North Dallas as a warm and accepting environment in which to practice yoga.
