I called to attempt to retain council for a traffic ticket, the receptionist did not know if they handle such cases. She simply stated I will have to check with Mr. Thomas to see if he is taking such cases. I replied ok. She then stated well, he's not in the office at the moment. Alright, if you don't know your business, who does? If you don't have a competant staff... you don't need my money! She never asked for contact information or anything. Way to go, lady! You sure know how to handle yourself in a professional manner! Needless to say, I can find someone else and I don't recoment this attorney to anyone!
