i have high end refrigarator appliance and was having complicated problem with cooling compressor.\r

after trying two other companies, i called the manufacturer and they recommended i call this company as they are known to be best problem solvers with great engineers.\r

the engineer that came out seemed to know exactly what the issue was and found that it was not the compressor after all, but with a bent pipe that restricted enough pressure (psi) to the compressor. he was very through in his testing, and kept my new kitchen floor very clean the whole time.\r

and they managed to get warranty company to pay everything. my refrigator works great now with no problems. i am glad i was nice to them. they really helped me.\r

if you need top quality service, this is great company.
