Triad offers a wide variety of Hatha Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Fig, PreNatal, Pilates, Yoga & Pilates Combination, Early Rise Yoga and Wake, Energize Yoga and Body Sculpting. They also offer workshops, on-site classes and weekly meditation. The courses range from easy to extremely challenging, depending on the level.\r

This is the best Yoga & Pilates studio in Orange County. Take a class and you'll see what I mean.
