never ever shop at this sunglass store. i went to get my sunglasses fixed which were under warranty and it took three months for me to even get a straight answer. in the end, my sunglasses were never fixed. i asked to get the broken pair sent to me and the store manager said ""we'll see if you get your sunglasses back"" and hung up the phone. i have never heard of a company treating a customer like this. it was ridiculous. i have still not seen my sunglasses nor have gotten a straight answer when i visited the store. best advice ... tell everyone not to shop at this store or the one in beverly hills.
