This is not a company that you can rely on. The sales person was very nice and got the business from all the companies I met with. BUT the execution is terrible. The process has not started yet. I paid almost a month ago and nobody cares to start the ""process"" as they call it. The lady who picks up the phone in the office does not let you talk to anybody and cannot give you any info besides ""WAIT, it's a PROCESS"". The guy from the engineering ""department"" does not care to come and take the measurements. He called 10 days ago to schedule an appointment. Did not schedule it and did not call back. I called him today. He does not pick up the phone and has not called back. Terrible customer service. I am afraid of the final result... \r
P.S. Just found out there is a lawsuit aginst them. Check them out at the Better Business Bureau website. There is an ALERT for that company.
