Review content:
I'm an OSU Professor and when we have special people coming in from out of town, we have taken them to Luxaderm. I hadn't been there since last year and was anxious to go and decided to bring my friend with me who is an attorney. I can say I witnessed the change in Management first hand. While our services were fine, the spa had a different character about it. The best to to describe it is ""doom and gloom"". It doesn't not have the same flair to it anymore. There is certainly a ""heaviness"" in the air when you walk in and it doesn't seem as inviting as it used to be. This is supposed to be a luxurious spa and there isn't anything luxurious about it. We used to get little treats and felt very relaxed. We walked in, checked in and that was about it. Come to find out there is new Management and that's a shame. A spa should be about the experience along with providing the servives. This new Management team should take some lessons in Customer Service and catering to your Clients. Unfortunately, we will be choosing a new spa at Easton to go to. I hear there are several more. Pros: Used to be a great place Cons: New Management
