I had a spa professional I loved here, a few months back I called to make an appointment with Sara and the girl on the phone hmmmed and hawwwed. Finally she made the appointment. Three hours later she called back and said the appointment had to be with someone else, my tech left!!! I said no thank you..spa goers are loyal to the people who give them great service not the spa. I've heard this place is horid now and I too have moved to Stile!
