This place is great. They will do everything possible to accommodate your needs or schedule. I have been a long time client of both the old and the new staff and management and though there have been some changes, Luxaderm is still a wonderful place to get pampered! I recently spent about 4.5 hours there getting a facial, massage, lunch, and my nails done...the staff was enthusiastic, attentive, and terrific at thier services. I was greeted and checked out by the new manager herself and she was as pleasant and friendly as could be. I was shocked to read the negative comments posted here! I'm inclined to think that a member or two of the old staff has an axe to grind and it's a real shame that they have to insult the entire staff, management, and great reputation of Dr. Walker to do it. Grow up ladies....you are obviously 'old staff' for a good reason! I encourage anyone looking to be spoiled and get top quality treatments to visit Luxaderm...it's addicting and once you go, you'll become a long standing client as well!
