Review content:
I am a mother of six (6) children. We found Eldorado Dentistry on a drive by and they were covered by our insurance, so we went. The dentist there said that I had two cavaties, which come to find out by my current Dentist, that is simply not true. Anyway, they told me that something was covered for my son that wasn't. Now they are sticking me with the bill when the insurance company even has notes in their system that they spoke with Diana at the Dentist office and told her that sealants would NOT be covered for 15 years and older. The dentist proceded to tell me that it was covered. I had the sealants put on my son, which I wouldn't have had done, or at least I would have been able to make the decision based on the cost had I known it wasn't covered. The dentist told me it was covered so we had the sealants done and now the dentist, 2 years later, is charging me for the sealants that were not covered! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They will rip you off!!!! They are not a very good dentist office any way. Especially if you are like me and don't paticularly like dentists. Use caution if you go there!!!! They will tell you stuff is covered and then it won't be and you will be stuck with the bill!!!!
