Satterwhite COnstruction installed ablove ground swimming pools since 1997 - 2008. We had over 500 customers per summer. Mr. Vess is unhappy because we did not repair a leak in his pool that was caused by his negligence. Our BBB record stands for itself with 1 complaint in all the years that we have been in business. We now only construct inground custom gunite swimming pools and have a great reputation in the market. While we strive to make every customer happy, Mr. Vess' unhappiness is caused by a company that did not fix something that was caused by him for free. Although we offered to repair at our cost.
