My mom was transferred from hospital to here. When I gave them my check, they did not even finish my paperwork before they ran to the bank to cash my check! How tacky was that!! In 2 days, they missed her medications, did not feed her and then put her tray on her bedside when she was a ""must be fed"" patient, which resulted in her getting food lodged in her throat. \r
I am outraged by their lack of sensitivity. As of right now, I don't have any positive words to speak of this place.
