Businiess name:  Omar Sassin Salon

Review content:
First, the salon is completely overpriced. I would have no problem paying close to $400 for a cut and color (on my short to short-medium length hair) if it was worth the money. However -- it's not. He chopped off my hair even though I told him I wanted it to grow out. I wanted to grow out my long layers so I could get an asymetrical bob -- and I told him this explicitly. Instead he cut my hair in two layers -- instead of being sexy-sheek, I looked like a soccer mom. He pushes products on you -- he tells you what he's using, then he has one of the girls he works with come up and ask him in front of you ""what kind of products are you using today"" -- even if you tell him that you don't want any, or if you still have some from the last time you were in, his employees will have already brought the products up to the counter for you. He tries to sell you $200+ blowdryers and curling irons -- and even after you tell him ""no"" - the sell continues at the front desk. Then they treat you awful when you decline them politely.\r \r The entire experience is very disappointing. The man is not friendly, does not listen and really has no people skills. Be prepared to spend at least 4 hours in the salon when you go -- he will quadrudple book people and work you in shifts. It is completely unpleasant -- \r \r Don't get me wrong, if I walked out of there with a fantastic haircut and color I could overlook all of the other downfalls -- but trust me, you get the equivalent of a $80 cut and color and you get treated like a second class citizen. Believe the reviews below -- the salon will nickel and dime you (try $15 for him to run a straight iron through my short hair, not including the $25 blowdry) and you will waste a better part of a day. Pros: Good location Cons: Over priced, not customer friendly, rude
