Terrible service and experience! I had been taking my cat to this place for four years with no problems. We moved from Las Vegas in June 2004 and I took her in for necessary vacinnations and grooming before the move. The groomer shaved her - without my approval - though she says different! After that, the staff did the exam and tests which involved needles, etc. Needless to say, it didn't go well and they tried to blame it on my cat calling her '""viscious.""! She was there all day and I had to call multiple times to find out her status. I was told she was ready and ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes plus to see the doctor and pick up my bald cat! I was told she needed some type of slip to cross state borders - no one told me until after the fact that the exam for this was an additional charge and really not necessary. I left the vets office in tears. The best thing I can say is that neither me or my cat ever has to go back there! Pros: They are in Las Vegas and I'm not! Cons: Rude and unknowledgeable staff
