Awesome. There is just no other word to describe Arman’s work. In fact, I am so happy that my fiancé loves her ring that I have actually decided to write a review and tell my story. I think Arman deserves it.\r

Like most guys that are getting ready to propose, I really didn’t know where to start. I wanted to keep the proposal a surprise – to everyone – so I didn’t ask my friends or anyone in my family what to do about a ring because I didn’t want the surprise to leak out to my girlfriend. So I did some research online and browsed in a few stores in the area just to get a feel for pricing and to get an idea about how to choose a design and, more importantly, how to choose those precious diamonds.\r
I was getting close to making a decision and did another online search to be sure that I really understood all my options. I found Arman when doing a search in Google. I read some of the reviews online and they all seemed to be good. His store is not too far from my job so I stopped in one Saturday before work. First off, the store is great. It’s clean and bright and I was greeted right away in a friendly “I’m here if you need help but I won’t hound you” kind of way. That’s the way I like it. \r

I had already decided I wanted the ring custom made so I asked to speak with Arman. I liked him right away. He was friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. We talked about the design and I found myself putting down a deposit right then and there. I was impressed by Arman’s knowledge, by the designs he showed me, and by his humble willingness to listen to my ideas before injecting his own thoughts. It made the process of designing the ring painless and even fun. And she said yes, so we’ll be back to get our wedding bands really soon.\r
