My treadmill broke last year. I had a technician from Fitness ER out and he said it needed a new deck and belt. ($450.00 + $125.00 to install it)
I have waited since then because I did not want to put money in to it.
I called Fi-Tech to see if they could get the parts any cheaper and the girl told me that unless I see or feel actual damage to my deck and belt that there is no reason to replace it. So today I had them out to tell me what THEY thought it needed.
The technician came on time and within 20 minutes had lubricated my deck and belt and had me running at full speed. I just finished my first full work out on it and it runs great! Why would someone else tell me it needed to be replaced?
Fit-Tech only charged me $79.00 and it is running awesome. Well worth the $$$!
