Review content:
I have repeatedly tried the services at the MW Cleaners on Cypresswood and Champion Forest Drive (same company). I even gave them another try over a yr after my last unhappy experience. First, a positive, the hangers are better than is typical (especially with skirts) and the extra touches in finishing are nice. However, over a year ago when I was using MW, a pair of pants came back with marks they said were from the press and buttons were missing from a shirt & the top to a pants suit. I was charged for the re-do & for replacing the button they could find! When I asked about the charges, they said the computer records were no longer available bc they'd replaced the computer. The young boy behind the counter told me they don't save buttons and acted surprised when I asked him if he would look. I left the pants suit there in case the button was found & when I returned they had replaced the missing button with one that didn't match! I called the main office & was told this was unusual, but no remedy was offered. Recently, I tried them again. Every single shirt laundered there came back with a dark line on the both sides of the collar. We had them done over again & when it was still there, the manager told my husband that it must be the glue or backing under the collars of the shirts-- a problem with the maker. He inquired at the store where he purchased them & they had a good laugh. Another cleaners was able to lighten the marks/ring a bit, but the shirts still can't be worn to work. The 4 shirts were by 2 different designers & the problem had never occurred before or in the two weeks since. Three replacement shirts were $138. We've already decided that given the poor attitude & manner in which everything else has been handled asking them for even a portion of the cost is futile. Their prices are higher than other cleaners, but you don't always get what you pay for!\r

Pros: Nice hangers
Cons: Problems with clothing cleaned and poor customer service
