Review content:
I was in the service department to have my truck looked at, due to a clunking noise in the front end. They found the problem –fixed it and when I went to pick it up I was standing beside the truck when this guy walked by and asked if there was something else I needed. I told him I wondered if they had the black side strips that fit on the top side of the bed. He not only went looking for them, returned with them opened the box to check size and color and when I told him I wanted them he installed them. I went to the cash desk to pay for them and I asked the man there who that fellow was because he was so nice and helpful. He told me his name was Gary Brenner- director of the department. Now not only was he very nice the service they took care of the problem-David Koegl was very nice and helpful too, also taking care of recall problem that we didn’t know about. The salesman (Dough) that sold us the truck would also fit in the same category and I will include the financial person also. With those guys you have an outstanding group. Thanks again for all the help. \r
I’ve always been a Chevy truck person but let me tell you… I am now a walking advertisement for this Dodge truck. \r
