JOB NOT FINISHED AND OWNER HAS AN ATTITUDE\r

From the beginning the owner had a rude attitude, but I needed the job done fast. They did the job on Saturday and the crew told me that a second crew would grind/remove the stumps on Monday. They never came back. It took the owner 3 weeks and 2 phone calls from me to respond. At which point he gave me a lot of excuses. Ultimately telling me it would cost me more. I had already removed 2 of the 4 stumps myself. He did not offer to refund any money, just kept giving me excues with ""attitude."" This was not my first tree removal experience. Every tree compnay in the past knows when you ask for tree removal, you want the entire tree gone! NO, you don't want the stump. I have used the company called ""1-2-Tree"" in the past and have been very satisfied. They compelete the job. I should have waited a few days for them to schedule me in vs. getting in a hurry and hiring an unprofessional company who didn't complete the job!
