Review content:
We use JC Penney Portrait Studio quite frequently because of the low price. There are often coupons that can be found and if you join the Portrait Club for a one time fee, you do not pay sitting fees at any other appointments. It is fairly easy to get an appointment, however, once you get to the studio, you may have to wait for awhile. There are only two photo rooms and more than once, we've been there and one of the cameras has been broken so only one photo room is available. The staff is friendly, although somewhat unprofessional . . . their dress code should really be revamped (or put into place?). We have gotten pretty good photos from the studio and the turn around is quicker now than it used to be . . . your pictures come back in about a week. Overall, a good price for the value, especially for someone who takes their kids in often for professional photos.
