Review content:
The very first time I used Primetune Auto Repair, there were 2 things that really impressed me and that had never happened before in my experience with an auto shop. First, the owner, Paul, actually thanked me for giving him the opportunity to service the vehicle...it was a sincere, heartfelt 'Thank You'. He then followed up the next day, almost as if he was a doctor, to make sure that everything was running okay.
I have used Primetune Auto Repair about 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months, for both personal and business vehicles. Whenever I have gotten a bid from them, I have always ended up paying exactly what I was quoted. There have not been any surprises, and Primetime has never tried to talk me into doing any work that I do not want to do. They give me options and alternatives, and they do whatever I decide.
I recommend Primetune because they are honest and know their business well. Also, the shop is always very clean, neat, and orderly.
