Businiess name:  Volvo Cars Of Austin

Review content:
When I first entered the dealership, there were 3 salesmen who were lounging around and no one tried to help me out for about 5 entire minutes.\r \r The representative disrespected me by using my age as a qualification as someone who is not knowledgeable. He was rude to me and disrespected my family while I was trying to make a deal. He would not work with me at all and would not even consult the manager when I asked him about the price. During our negotiations, he would stop and take a call from his daughter and called his friend to buy something from him.\r \r When I told him that I have a check ready to go and make a deal, he told me to come back later and get a certified cashier's check. Yet, I did not see any else making a deal have the same problem as me so I naturally thought that this had to be because of my age, but to disrespect a customer due to age does not make any sense to me especially since I was ready to buy a car.\r \r For anyone living in the Austin area, I would recommend going around Austin and not visiting the Volvo dealer in Austin. Pros: I will go to other dealerships Cons: What wasn't bad about my experience.
