I met Kevin Saunders through some cycling friends and was very interested in the bicycles that he sold and his bike fittings. My husband and I ride quite a bit, and have decent Trek bikes. I was looking for something unique to give my husband for his birthday and thought of Kevin. I called him and arranged to take my husband in with his bike for a fitting. Kevin was gracious and eager to help. He was very flexible in scheduling an appointment. The fitting itself was awesome. It took a couple of hours, but Kevin was meticulous and we felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. I stayed and observed the whole thing. We did have to spend some time lusting after all the custom bikes. My husband had been having back pain after riding (old back injury we thought) but after Kevin finished fitting the bike to him he rides pain free. Unfortunately for me he is faster also. So, I had to go in for the same treatment. It is unbelieveable how much more efficient my riding is after Kevin made all of the adjustments. He asked us to come back so that he could follow up and ensure that things were working for us. What a great guy and what a great experience. We have been telling all of our cycling friends about KGS.
Pros: Expertise, friendliness, helpfulness
Cons: I wish I could get one of those KGS high end custom bikes!
