Kustom Travel helped us with a family trip to Disneyworld in Orlando. Barbara got us a great deal at a Disney resort that was terrific. She recommended the ""meal plan"" and it was so well worth it. Everything she did was a big help in getting the total Disney experience that 1/2 of we would have surely missed out if we did our own planning. Plus there was never any extra fee for all this great help.\r

She even helped get us a ""expert"" guide's schedule that helped us maximize our time there and see the most attractions with a minimum of wait times. Again for no extra charge, what a deal!!\r

We appreciated the fact that we could talk over the details at 8 pm after we had time to get the kids settled down. \r
\r
It's great to deal with the owner of a company, not some unattentive employee at a big agency or website. She really cares about each customer's needs.\r
