Review content:
I have been a customer of Hoffman's since the late 1970's, long before the current owner, and I believe the current owner and staff of the store is carrying on a great tradition of service and commitment to it's customers.\r
\r
When ever I see the local grocery stores like Meijers or Hardings listing liquor on sale in their weekly shopping ads, I know that they are just lowering their prices to Hoffman's everyday price. \r
\r
The owner is and always has been one of the nicest and friendliest store owners in town, always going out of his way to help customers find what they are looking for, both in the store or through special order. \r
\r
The liquor prices are set as low as the state allows, and the beer prices are very reasonably priced when compared to other independent retail stores, and only a little higher compared to the large grocery store chains which buy in bulk and get huge discounts from the distributors. \r
\r
I don't have any idea what ""gshrma"" might be claiming he was over-charged or looted on, maybe he expected the store to give him his purchase for free? Or possibly, he was already intoxicated when he visited the store?\r
Pros: Liquor prices set at state minimum, can't get any lower!
Cons: Will not sell to intoxicated or underage customers!
