it needs to be said that this is the best pizza in town, dont listen to others that didnt like it... they dont like it because theyre used to disgusting, over salty, oily garbage that passes for Pizza most of the time... this place has some very high end, gourmet toppings like roasted chanterelles and truffle oil, and the pizza crust is light, crispy and a little chewy... Serious Pie is for people with a developed palate. If you're looking for a truly innovative and gourmet pizza experience, Serious Pie is the place to go in Seattle.
Pros: great pizza, great wine, good service, take out option
