Moved here from a quiet community. It was fine for the first two weeks then the lovely construction crews showed up. The new management decided to repaint, build covered parking, and re-roof the entire complex in two months. Even that is understandable, but why would they stop watering the grass and cleaning the pool? Dirt surrounds the complex, while the grass around the pool is littered with dog feces and cigarette butts. The first month here, I saw vermin, but they have since vacated the premisis (I guess they don't like construction either!) They said that they built residents a business center which consists of a desk with one computer and a fax machine. The ""coffee bar"" is one coffeemaker that stays on all day and the management has a two story office building that is only being used for a few employees. This would all be understandable if the rent was reasonable, it is not, its outrageous just a few miles down the street it is now (after renovations) almost half the price. They promise luxury living, but all you get is a poorly managed loud and overpriced apartment. Pros: location Cons: everything else
