What a joke this place is. As a former employee of this wanna-be restaurant and being a part of the food and beverage industry for a couple of years now I must say that this is by far the worst restaurant I have ever worked in.. ever. The staff can barely even speak english so understanding orders was always hard for the cooks to do which resulted in food orders being wrong, etc. The managers are un-sympathetic with personal emergencies and was very disrespectful at times when I was at wits end with personal matters. I understand you have a business to run, but if they were to be put in my situation, they all would do the exact same thing I did. Now the food.\r

The food is horrid. On par with most food you get in a high school lunch room. The ""fresh turkey"" is not even fresh, the mac & cheese is pre-packed kraft mac and cheese, the ""fresh"" soups are all pre-bagged and heated up in a pot of boiling water, the muffins, the bread, the sauces, everything in this restaurant is pretty much right off the Sysco truck. Bland and over priced just like the bottles of Easy Eggs they use for breakfast. This place is a joke!\r

I would not recommend this place to even a stray dog. The food is over priced and over-rated and the staff is more worried about popularity contests than the quality of food the produce. I'll will never work for or eat at a Mimi's location anywhere ever again.
