Went in over Labor Day Week-end, during a huge sales. Found some Italian dishware for a great price. Owner was nice enough to carry the bagged dishes out to my car. Since I was on vacation, I didn't unpack the dishes until I returned to my home four days later. Unfortunately, one of the bags of dishes was missing. I immediately called and left a message at the shop. Called again, twice, the next day to finally get the owner on the phone. Owner was incredibly rude, said it was too late, there was no bag of dishes left behind and if there was it was six days too late (mind you, I called four days later). I tried to reason with him, but ultimately he called me a liar and said it was an expensive mistake, which he was obviously not willing to resolve. I would not recommend shopping at Girasole...owner is far too rude and doesn't seem to care about his customers.
