I emphasize with the first reviewer. The COA where I reside in San Bruno, CA went with Direct TV through Consolidated Smart Systems (CSS) in 2010, two years ago. Our account is so big they have a dedicated technician on the account. Fortunately, I do not subscribe to Direct TV. However, I use CSS as my DSL provider. They are terrible. One star is too generous a rating for this group of thieves. For the first six months my DSL was down on a weekly basis. I was given the name of a manager, SHIRLY WIDDERSHOVEN. Suffice it to say she authorized three months of free service during those initial few months. Worse than the DSL Service is their customer service. Put bluntly there is no customer service. Just watch, They will be named as a defendant in a lawsuit for fraud and will pay.
