Melina, the agent who helped me, was professional, efficient, reassuring, and charming, as well. I spent no more than twenty minutes with her, and in that short time she took care of everything, including the photos and all the required forms. She also followed up with me to let me know when she had the new passport ready and to give me the FedEx tracking number. Everything happened exactly as promised.
