My daughter and I went to visit this shop for the first time. The wool and other merchandise is exquisite albeit quite pricey.\r
We decided NEVER to set foot in this place again. The staff love to sit on their keisters and knit, and treat the customers like an interruption. Very rude and snotty. It stunned me to see books on a display table TIED UP so that one could not open them to look inside, although the ones on the shelves could be opened.\r
Nothing more to say except, if you want to have a bad experience, this is the place. Get yer yarn elsewhere.
Pros: Exquisite merchandise, beautiful store.
Cons: Nasty and rude staff.
