I joined Adventure Boot Camp 4 years ago. At the time, I thought I would only participate for 3 months and then get into another work out routine. Well, I enjoyed it so much that I am still here. Dee is continually changing the program and keeping us guessing about what is next. I also enjoy the friendships I have developed with the ladies. Many have been there for several years also. This is a great program for all ranges of fitness levels. Definately give it a try! Thank you Dee!
