Well where do I begin, I started with Fort Worth's Adventure Boot Camp first camp when it started in my area (4+ yrs) and have not stopped going all these years. I love so many things about it! To many to mention, but to get up and get my workout done first thing is great! I love my trainer and his enthusiasm it is what keeps me going. You make new friends or connect with people that you haven't seen in a long time that have found FWABC. If you workout and watch your nutrition you will tone and loose weight, been there and have done it! It is for everyone no matter what your fitness level is! You will love this camp so give it a try, it is a addiction! At least for me! My new way of life! Thanks Dee for all your hard work!
