received a call from a rep about a 13 dollar bill owed to St Johns from my sons recent delivery. During the time of the call I was taking his temperature rectally, which most moms would know required 2 hands. The lady asked if I would like to pay over the phone now. I informed her of what I was doing and that I didn't have a free hand. I asked her to please call me right back and leave the address on my voicemail, which she refused. I told her I would be glad to send her the payment if she did this and she hung up on me while saying ""okay so your not going to pay your bill"" I called back to the number a few minutes later and the person who answered was barely understandable. I asked to speak to a supervisor and had to repeat my question 4 times in order for the receptionist to understand my request. Eventually ""Amy"" a ""supervisor"" got on the phone, I told her what happened. she was equally rude, and said she would speak to the person that called in a manner that told me she didn't really think my complaint was valid. I eventually got her to agree to call me back and leave the message with the address on my voicemail after explaining my own work history in collections and my knowledge of the law. I will be reporting them to the attorney general. Cons: rude, noncompliance.
