This is one of the very best salons I have ever been to. I saw Tina K. who created an INCREDIBLE and very complex highlight and cut on me, working with grown-out roots and several different colors already in place. I had a clear idea of what I wanted and brought pictures, but Tina made 2 other suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of that made all the difference and it came together so beautifully. It was an interactive experience which I love, not just someone doing what was asked without investing themselves in it. Tina even kept making fresh dye so that I would have the best color possible! What an extra touch. The staff is very polite and attentive, they even sent a girl to go get me a Diet Coke because they didn't have any left. I will say that every client vibes differently with different stylists, so if you are the type who likes to just sit down and get your hair done and not chit-chat, Tina is not the one for you. She is very positive, energetic, and talks to you like an old friend. My only complaints are that the receptionist is a little bit too sassy, and Tina made some comments about my weight that hurt my feelings even though I don't think for a minute that she intended to do so and I don't think she realized it. But on the plus side, she warmly and energetically greeted me as if I were an old friend who she hadn't seen in years. That was awesome! Overall, recommended.
