Review content:
This could very well an attempt from a Willow Tree staff member, to start a new rating thread on their office. I advise any considering their services ... to take the time to research further online. You'll discover that they're one of the lowest rated offices in the county. Possessing more bad reviews, reports of malpractice, and lower ratings than any other listed Dental Office. Currently I'm in a year long battle with this office. It's been a nightmare, but the short of it is that Dr. Richardson left me with permanent damage after what should have been a simple procedure. It's one thing to make a mistake, and have the professionalism and responsibility to make things right. It's another to mislead the patient, tell lies assuming the patient is naive, and simply trying to sweep it all under the rug. Afterwards is when I looked online and saw just how many had endured horrible experiences at Willow Tree Dental Group as a whole. I truly wished I had the insight to of checked first. As is, I'm stuck with permanent damage, trouble chewing, a loose neighboring tooth from the one worked on, and chronic pain for what is now beyond a year's time. Just do yourself a favor and check into it before taking such an unnecessary risk. There are plenty of professional, skilled, experienced, caring offices out there. I've gone to both a dentist and a specialist. They've explained to me the mistake Dr. Richardson made with me. Unfortunately they can do nothing do to how extensive the damage is, and were honest about not wanting to clean up another's mess (which I respect). Hope the rest of you fare much better. If your kids are involved, I truly urge you to reconsider going to Willow Tree. Seems a majority of the complaints were from parents about the experiences of taking their child (or children) to them.
